Upon successful payment confirmation via our payment gateway (Cashfree), purchased compute time packs (01:00:00 Time Remaining) are provisioned and credited to your account instantaneously (within 5–30 seconds).
Rendered media files (MP4, PNG) are delivered directly to your web browser and saved into your private account Vault immediately after video rendering completes. Files may be downloaded with high-speed direct downloads or shared at any time.
If you complete a transaction and your compute time balance is not updated within 5 minutes, please refresh your studio session or email support@solligence.in with your payment reference for immediate manual resolution.
