1. Information We Collect

We collect information necessary to provide, protect, and fulfill AI compute services:

  • Phone Number & Authentication Data: Used for secure SMS OTP verification and account identification.
  • Generation Prompts & Uploaded Frames: Used solely to process and render user-requested video jobs.
  • Transaction & Usage Telemetry: Records of compute time purchases, balances, and render durations.
  • Technical Identifiers: IP addresses and browser signatures for security, rate limiting, and geo-fencing compliance.

2. Communications & WhatsApp Updates

We use your verified mobile number for essential transactional notifications and optional product updates:

  • Transactional Notices (Required): Essential OTPs, payment receipts, balance alerts, and generation completion notices.
  • Creator Updates & Offers (Consent-Based): If you opt in during phone sign-up, we may occasionally send creator tips, feature announcements, and promotional offers via WhatsApp. We do not engage in unsolicited SMS spam.
  • Instant Opt-Out: You can unsubscribe from WhatsApp updates at any time by replying STOP on WhatsApp or contacting WhatsApp support at +1 (307) 533-3052. Your number will be immediately removed from promotional broadcasts.

3. Payment Security & Third-Party Processors

All financial transactions are handled exclusively by RBI-licensed payment aggregators (including Cashfree Payments).

solligence.in never collects, processes, or stores your credit/debit card numbers, CVVs, net banking passwords, or UPI PINs. All payment processing occurs on Cashfree's PCI-DSS compliant platform.

4. Data Storage & Platform Security

Our databases, compute pipelines, and storage buckets are hosted on secure, isolated enterprise cloud platform with end-to-end encryption in transit and at rest.

Generated media outputs are stored in private storage vaults and served only via secure, time-limited signed URLs directly to the authenticated user.

5. Data Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. Data is only shared:

  • With payment gateway partners (Cashfree) to process requested transactions.
  • With SMS gateways / Firebase for secure OTP delivery.
  • When required by applicable Indian law, court order, or government authority.

6. User Rights & Data Deletion

You may request access to or deletion of your account and generated media history at any time by contacting our Grievance Officer at support@solligence.in or WhatsApp at +1 (307) 533-3052.
